Only exchanges are possible, no refunds will be accepted.
- Send your exchange request to the artist within 3 days of receiving the work
- Exchanges authorized in the event of breakage not visible on receipt or non-compliance with your expectations.
- Return and exchanges in person at the artist's studio.
- Delivery of the new work available for a fee (according to the address de destination).
