I. PAYMENT POLICY​

The prices displayed on this site are in Canadian dollars.

 

I.1 Payment for original works and digital reproductions/limited editions 

- Payments can be made either in cash or by Interac transfer to the following email address:neila.benayed@gmail.com

- Payments by check are not accepted.

- In addition to the invoice, you will also receive a certificate of authenticity for your artwork. 

- It is important to note that your purchase of artwork may be tax deductible, for more information on this subject, please consult the tax deduction section.

 

1.2 Payment for derivative products: cushions, bags, t-shirts... 

- Payments for these products can be made securely on the site either by credit card or through your PayPal account. 

- If you prefer to make an Interac transfer, please email the artist at the following email address:neila.benayed@gmail.com, she will take care of placing the order forYOU.

- Be sure to note the items you wish to purchase and your full address, an invoice will be sent to your email address as proof of purchase.

1.3 Price changes

We reserve the right to change prices or correct any pricing errors that may inadvertently occur at any time. These changes do not affect the price of items you have previously purchased.

II. DELIVERY POLICY

 

II.1 Delivery of original works and digital reproductionss

You can receive your works in two ways:

• In person at the artist's studio

• Per delivery:

  • free delivery offered in the Montreal area.

  • outside the Montreal area,delivery times and costs depend on the destination address. Please contact the artist for more information.​​Note that the DShipping times and costs may be affected by contingencies beyond our control .

II. 2 Delivery of derivative products​

- Your order will immediately go through a manufacturing process consisting of printing, sewing, and shipping direct from the manufacturer to your door.

- You will be informed by email when your package has been sent. The average delivery time is 14-21 days, including weekends.

- Fees from delivery will be applied
