To add a new FAQ, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Manage FAQs" button
2. From your site's Dashboard, click on "Add news" then select the "Question-Answer" option
3. Each new Question-Answer must be associated with a category
4. Save and publish
You can edit or rearrange your FAQs and choose other categories whenever you want.
Yes, it is possible. To add media please follow these steps:
1. Go to Application Settings
2. Click on “Manage FAQs”
3. Create or select the question you want to add media to
4. When editing your answer, click the video, image or GIF icon
5. Add media from your library then save
You can change the title from the Settings tab of the app. If you don't want to display the title, just turn it off under "Info to display".
