Refund Policy 

This site allows the acquisition of original works of art, digital reproductions/limited editions and derivative products. Only exchanges are possible, no refunds will be accepted.

 

Policy for the exchange of original works 

- Send your exchange request to the artist within 3 days of receipt. 

- Exchanges authorized in the event of breakage not visible upon receipt or non-compliance with your expectations.

- Return and exchanges in person at the artist's studio.

- Delivery of new artwork available at additional cost.

 

Reproductions/Limited Editions Exchange Policy 

- Returns and exchanges can be made in person at the artist's studio or by mail. 

- The customer must pack the reproduction well for his return and assumes the cost of return and delivery of the new reproduction. 

Use the original packaging if the reproduction was received by mail.

 

Liability policy after receipt: 

After 3 days and acceptance of the artwork, the artist is no longer responsible for damage caused by improper handling, improper installation, improper storage or temperature variations.

It is strongly recommended not to expose the work to prolonged sunlight, to temperatures below 15°C, or to humidity; and this, in order to avoid deformations of the wooden frame.
